EPISODE ELEVEN.

There will always be something in your life that triggers you. However, you have power over how you let these triggers impact you. I want to be able to work through my triggers, instead of being shut down by them. So, today let’s change how we handle triggers.   

EPISODE TEN

We all love being comfortable. However, we can not grow in a comfort zone. In order for us to grow & move forward, we have to get uncomfortable and move out our comfort zones. It doesn’t feel good but it’s necessary. Are you living in a comfort zone? How can you step out to achieve the things you’ve been wanting?💋

EPISODE NINE.

The time for healing is NOW! Allow yourself to acknowledge your hurt, feel what you need to, and then accept the healing that wants so desperately to enter into your life. Sometimes healing can be instantaneous, but often times it is not. So, allow yourself to take the time you need and get the healing you need.
